Income Changes
Semi-annual and Annual reporting households
Semi-annual and annual reporting households report any change in income that would raise their income above the income standard. The income standard is 130% of the federal poverty level. You can view the income standard by using Appendix C-3.
As this may be difficult for a client to determine, you might explain that a household is free to report more changes than required. This allows you to act upon changes that might affect a client's benefit.
