Eligibility Determination

You determine eligibility after a renewal is received through OKDHSLive! or a signed paper application, all documentation is provided, and all information is evaluated. 

The possible results of eligibility determination of an MCR are to:

• Complete the benefit renewal without changes

• Complete the benefit renewal with changes

• Close the benefits

• Benefits at the renewal are closed, not denied.  Denials are only used for applications.

Benefits closed for the renewal can be reopened when a client provides the required proof by the last day of the month of closure.
