Eligibility Determination for CRs

You determine eligibility after you receive a renewal through OKDHSLive! or a signed paper application. An interview is then completed by a worker in the office or over the phone and if anything is needed, written notification must be provided to the client. Once all the documentation is provided and all information is evaluated, you can complete the renewal.

If a client does not submit a certification renewal, benefits will expire. If the client does not provide require verification or complete an interview, the CR will be denied.

Clients can also be denied if their changed circumstances make them ineligible (work status changes, over-income, etc).

You will certify the case if the client remains eligible for benefits.
