Reimbursement

An employer may choose to pay his or her employees for the employee's work-related expenses. Subtract any payments the employer provides from the employee's gross pay for expenses.

This should not include the cost of commuting to and from work.

Examples of reimbursements include but are not limited to a uniform allowance, transportation costs, or the cost of meals or lodging for a work trip.
