A child qualifies as predetermined eligible by receiving
Since the child already met the income requirements of these programs, it is not necessary reevaluate the household’s income in relation to this child. These children must meet all other conditions of eligibility. These include meeting the age, residence, citizenship or alienage, need factor, and resource requirements.
