Worker Responsibilities
Change Reporting Responsibilities
You must
inform the household of its reporting responsibilities at each initial application and renewal,
ensure the household provides any required verification prior to making case changes,
update FACS and case notes appropriately in response to household changes, and
close the Child Care benefit with adequate notice when the household no longer qualifies.
Renewal Responsibilities
You must
ensure the household signed the renewal,
determine if the household submitted all required verification,
contact the household and inform them of any missing verification,
update FACS and case notes to reflect your case decision.
