OHCA Public Meeting Visitor Procedures

  • OHCA will unlock the public access doors one hour prior to the meeting time and lock the doors one hour after the meeting ends. 
  • All persons entering the OHCA building will be required to wear a mask within our facility. OHCA will provide masks to those individuals who don’t have their own mask upon entering our facility.  
  • All persons entering the OHCA building will answer the screening questions posted on the wall next to the temperature screening station. If all questions are answered appropriately, the person may proceed to the temperature screening area. 
  • All persons entering the OHCA building must check their temperature at the temperature screening station located in the lobby. If the individual has a temperature below 100 degrees, they may continue to the reception area of the lobby. 
  • At the reception window, visitors will be asked to sanitize their hands. They will then be permitted to sign in on an iPad giving their name and contact information. 
    • Contact information will be used in the event we need to contract trace because of a potential COVID exposure during a public meeting. 
  • After signing in, visitors will proceed to the boardroom or one of the overflow rooms for live viewing of the public meeting. All seating arrangements are designed to accommodate social distancing.   
    • The boardroom’s max capacity with social distancing is 35.   
    • The training room for overflow’s max capacity with social distancing is 15. 
    • The Beaver’s Bend meeting room’s max capacity with social distancing is 20. 
  • The public meeting spaces will be wiped down and disinfected once they are empty.
