The Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program is designed to help you return to work as quickly as possible. We are now offering you the ability to schedule this appointment at times that are convenient for you.
You will have until the date printed on the notice of eligibility letter to complete this requirement or your Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefits will be stopped.
Please review and accept the below attendance policy to maintain UI benefit eligibility:
Schedule and attend your initial RESEA appointment before the deadline printed in your eligibility letter that you received via mail and email.
Canceling and rescheduling appointments DOES NOT change your deadline.
Schedule and attend all RESEA follow-up appointments and activities before stated deadlines.
Notifications regarding follow-up appointments will be sent to your preferred email address only.
Complete all required pre-appointment activities prior to attending your appointment.
RESEA appointments are virtual. Please let us know if you need a reasonable accommodation.
If you require a reasonable accommodation, add your request in the appointment notes.
Additional details on the reasonable accommodations request process can be found on the RESEA Frequently Asked Questions page.
Join your appointment on time.
If you do not attend your appointment at the scheduled time, you will be marked absent, and your UI benefits will be stopped. You will receive a letter in the mail with a formal explanation. You must use the scheduling tool to reschedule your appointment, and you must attend the appointment to reinstate your UI benefits.
If you are unable to attend your current appointment, cancel and reschedule your appointment via the scheduling tool before your appointment time.
Available appointment slots may differ from day-to-day.
