Jobless rates up over the month in most counties in Oklahoma in January

In January, Latimer County posted Oklahoma's highest county unemployment rate of 9.3 percent. McIntosh County had the second-highest rate for the month, followed by Choctaw County. Cimarron County posted the lowest county unemployment rate of 1.9 percent in January. Unemployment rates in January were higher than a year earlier in all of Oklahoma's 77 counties.
