Oklahoma’s unemployment rate improves in January

Oklahoma’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate moved down to 4.3 percent in January, while the U.S. unemployment rate moved down to 6.3 percent in January. Over the year, the state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 1.2 percentage points higher than January 2020.
