SH-7 narrows near Sulphur through fall 2021

Friday, April 09, 2021

This project is weather permitting:

SH-7 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction about four miles west of US-177 near Sulphur in Murray County beginning Monday, April 12 and continuing through fall 2021 for bridge reconstruction.

The speed limit will be reduced in the work zone and drivers should use extra caution in the area.

The nearly $4 million contract for this project to replace the westbound SH-7 bridge over Guy Sandy Creek was awarded to HUB Construction, Inc., of Boswell, Okla.
