Frazier named ODOT Division One Employee of the Quarter

Oklahoma Department of Transportation worker Melissa Frazier was recently honored as Division One Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2015. The award recognizes hard work and is given to dedicated ODOT employees who consistently exhibit the highest standards in job performance.

Frazier is an Administrative Assistance II at the Division One headquarters in Muskogee and has worked for ODOT for three years.

As the division’s training representative, Frazieris very focused on safety. She has also become aware of ways to save money while ensuring employees stay up to date on their training.

“Melissa is always upbeat and has a great attitude. She never hesitates to offer her help and makes sure the job is done right the first time,” ananonymous coworker who nominated her said. “She makes the extra effort to assist other crews while keeping up with her own duties and deadlines.”

Frazier and her husband, Dustin, have five children and live in Muskogee.

Division One is headquartered in Muskogee and oversees highway construction and maintenance in Adair, Cherokee, Haskell, McIntosh, Muskogee, Okmulgee, Sequoyah and Wagoner counties.
