Drivers can expect congestion and lengthy travel delays on I-35, especially on weekends and holidays, due to multiple ongoing construction projects. Plan extra travel time or consider using alternate routes, such as US-81 to the west, US-69 to the east, or US-77 as a nearby two-lane route.
