Lisa is the Program Manager for the Oklahoma Child Death Review Board, a program of the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, and has held this position since 2004. The Oklahoma Child Death Review Board is a statutorily created board that reviews child fatalities to gather statistical information and makes recommendations aimed at system improvement and fatality reduction.
Ms. Rhoades sits on the Fetal Infant Mortality Review of Central Oklahoma Advisory Council, Safe Kids Oklahoma State Coalition, and is the Co-Lead for the Infant Injury Work Group of the Preparing for a Lifetime; It’s Everybody’s Responsibility infant mortality reduction program. She has recently been invited to participate in the Injury Prevention Leaders Training Collaborative, a joint project of the National Center for Fatality Review and Prevention, Safe Kids Worldwide, and the Johns Hopkins Center of Injury Research and Policy.
