COVID-19 Actions Overview
Jim Thorpe building reopened to the public June 15, 2021
OCC offices in the Jim Thorpe state office building reopened on June 15, 2021 to the general public, with changes to make it easier to conduct business.
- All visitors should enter through the east door only
- Visitors must check-in at the security desk
- Security will refer visitors to the proper location to conduct business
- Guests attending court hearings will be routed to scheduled courtrooms
A new customer service center has been installed on the first floor to help stakeholders conduct their business for any division. The new one-stop shop was created to improve customer interaction within the Commission and to consolidate applications and payments into one area. This eliminates the need to visit multiple floors to perform a single transaction.
The one-stop shop's operating hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We cannot start new transactions after 4 p.m. to ensure daily transactions are properly closed.
Virtual Hearings
The Commission continues to offer hearings via livestream, teleconferencing and videoconferencing.
