Corporation Commission staff will continue to serve stakeholders remotely
The Commission has implemented remote work for many employees. All OCC services will be conducted online, via telephone, email and regular mail until further notice.
While we are still providing services during regular business hours, response times could be longer than normal, as only a limited number of staff members will be in the Jim Thorpe Building until further notice. This allows us to protect public health and to ensure we provide a safe environment for our staff and the public we serve. The agency will follow CDC guidance for employers, and we are aware of the CDC's stated risks for events and public gatherings.
