Public Assistance Department
The Oil & Gas Public Assistance Department acts as the Oklahoma Corporation Commission's (OCC) contact for mineral and surface owners in communicating with oil and/or gas companies as well as serving as an information center for oil and gas matters including a wide range of topics from royalty payments and leasing to spacing, pooling, production figures, OCC databases, and OCC rules and regulations.
