2022 Workplace Safety Video Contest

Teen workers are twice as likely to be injured on the job.  The annual “Speak Out for Workplace Safety” video contest is underway.  The contest is designed to increase awareness about safety for young workers.  Educators are encouraged to teach students about safety in the workplace, as well as employment laws and rights. Students use their creativity to produce videos promoting teen worker safety practices and laws.

The winning, student-produced videos are presented at the Oklahoma State Capitol and are used throughout the year to teach other teens about safety on the job.
