The Office of Science and Innovation: Partner in Innovation

As a science and technology-driven state asset, the Office of Science and Innovation plays an important role in developing and leading Oklahoma’s innovation economy. The Office works with stakeholders across government, industry, academia, and nonprofits to find collaborative opportunities to invest in Oklahoma’s future through science, technology, and innovation. The Office prioritizes scientific and technological innovation as the cornerstone of Oklahoma’s prosperity and works to foster collaboration and cooperation within Oklahoma and beyond our state borders.

The Office of Science and Innovation is responsible for advising the Governor on strategic initiatives to stimulate economic growth and high paying job creation by partnering with academia, industry, and research institutions to strategically develop, market and communicate Oklahoma’s capabilities in innovation and science demonstrated by delivering measurable value to Oklahomans.

Oklahoma is home to some of the brightest minds in science, engineering, aerospace, and unmanned aerial systems.
