HealthChoice is available to Oklahoma's state, education and local government employees.

To register, you will need your HealthChoice ID card containing your member ID number and 8-digit
group number - 76415077.

As a reminder, HealthChoice and its partners may utilize this email address for communications
related to your health plan benefits, claims and/or wellness initiatives. These communications could
contain confidential health information. In order to best protect your information, it is not recommended
to use an email address provided by or managed through your employer.

Providers are doctors, physicians or
other health care professionals that
accesses information to help patients or
track a refund.

Providers use One Healthcare ID to login to
healthchoice.tpa.com and access information for
plans administered by HealthChoice. Register or
login with your One Healthcare ID to get started.

One Healthcare ID is used by many different
websites, so you may already have an
One Healthcare ID created. You'll be able to
access healthchoice.tpa.com using your existing
One Healthcare ID.

Partners use One Healthcare ID

Partners work with HealthChoice to help serve
members, employers, or providers.

Partners use One Healthcare ID to log in to
healthchoice.tpa.com and access information for
plans administered by HealthChoice. Register or
log in with your One Healthcare ID to get started.

access umr.com using your existing
One Healthcare ID.

members and health care providers.

Members log in using their HealthSafe ID username and password. Providers use
One Healthcare ID to sign into their secure
accounts.
