Bunk Bed Program

This program serves to ensure that bunk beds sold in the state of Oklahoma meet or exceed the regulatory safety standards established by the Department.  A license issued through the Department is not required to sell bunk beds within the state of Oklahoma, however, retailers are required to only offer for sale bunk beds that meet or exceed the regulatory safety standards established by the Department.
