The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) has been participating with Meaningful Use since July 1, 2012 and will continue for Stage 2 and Stage 3.
Effective October 1, 2018, the Oklahoma State Department of Health will be onboarding providers for the submission of Immunization (VXU) messages. If you are interested in onboarding with us, please email us at MeaningfulUse@health.ok.gov.
Please note that at this time the Oklahoma State Department of Health is not conducting any onboarding or testing with any providers for the submission of Cancer, Electronic Laboratory Results, or any Specialized Registries. You are still required to submit a registrationn if you are attesting to public health measures. Only one registration is required and registrations can be updated on an as needed basis. Once we resume onboarding for these measures, the information will be posted here on our Meaningful Use Website.
Stage 1 and Modified Stage 2
