II.    Review, discussion and approval of Minutes for:

a.     October 3, 2017 Meeting
b.     October 30, 2017 Emergency Meeting

III.    Report of the Interim Commissioner.

IV.    Report of the Executive Committee – Martha Burger, Chair.

V.     Consideration of a motion and vote to adjourn into Executive
        Session pursuant to 25

O.S. § 307(B)(1)to discuss:

a.     Employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion,
        disciplining or resignation of the Director of the Office of
        Accountability Systems of the State Department of Health,
        and

b.     The appointment of an interim Director of the Office of
        Accountability Systems of the State Department of Health.

VI.    Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1) relating to:

a.     Employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion,
        disciplining or resignation of the Director of the Office of
        Accountability Systems of the State Department of Health,
        and

b.     The appointment of an interim Director of the Office of
        Accountability Systems of the State Department of Health.

VII.    Consideration of a motion and vote to return to Open Session.

VIII.   Consideration, possible action and vote on matters discussed in
          Executive Session.
