The Mobile Wellness Unit is coming to Boley Community Center!
Services available include: Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen COVID-19 vaccines, COVID-19 Testing, School vaccines*, BMI (Body Mass Index), height and weight checks, cholesterol, glucose, and HDL check, blood pressure screenings.
*School vaccines available for those with no insurance, underinsured, Medicaid, American Indian, or Alaska Native.

Parent/guardian must be present with consent form for treatment of a minor child. If applicable, please bring insurance verification and vaccine history.
