Home based services for families of eligible children (0 - 36 months of age)with developmental delays.
Families work as a team member with staff who have training in the following areas:
- Evaluation
- Case Management
- Nursing
- Motor Development
- Hearing/Vision
- Child Development
- Speech/Language Development
Services are offered at no charge to families.
