Immunizations

The Mayes County Health Department administers a variety of immunizations to infants, children, and adults to protect them against certain disease-causing bacteria and viruses that result in doctor's visits, hospitalizations and even death.

Clients should bring their most current immunization record and children should have a parent/legal guardian present for immunization consent.

Childhood Immunization Services

  • Chicken Pox (Varicella)
  • DTaP (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)
  • Haemophilius Influenzae B (HIB)
  • Hepatitis A

  • Human Papilomaviurs (HPV)
  • Influenza
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
  • Meningococcal
  • Polio
  • Pneumococcal Conjugate (PCV13)
  • Td (Tetanus, Diptheria)
  • Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis)

Adult Immunization Services

The Mayes County Health Department provides adult immunizations against the following diseases:

  • Hepatitis A
  • Hepatitis B
  • Influenza
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
  • Meningococcal
  • Pneumococcal Disease
  • Td (Tetanus, Diptheria)
  • Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis)
