Speech-Language Pathology

Speech-Language Pathologists are professionals trained to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders. Speech-Language Pathologists provide the following services to children, birth through age 12, and their families:
 
  • Speech, language, and hearing screenings for children.
  • Family focused treatment for speech and language development.
  • Parent education on techniques to improve the child's speech and language skills.
  • Consultation, workshops, and training with parents, childcare providers, and professionals on topics related to communication development and disorders.
