Child Guidance

The Child Guidance Clinic at the Cleveland County Health Department works with families and children to prevent problems and help families grow and develop together. There are no eligibility guidelines for obtaining services from the Child Guidance Program. Parents who wish to obtain services may call the Cleveland County Health Department for further information.  

The Cleveland County Health Department Norman and Moore offices offer services 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call the Norman office at (405) 321-4048 or the Moore office at (405) 794-1591 for more information.

The Child Guidance Clinic offers the following services for children ages 12 and younger and their families:

The Child Guidance program is now offering telehealth services! To access the forms to request services, please click here. Forms must be printed, completed, and mailed back to the office.

Fees

Fees for services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on income and number of people in the family. A few services may be provided at no charge, regardless of income. Medicaid is accepted and third party payments may apply. Child Guidance services are covered under SoonerCare (Medicaid). Services are not denied due to inability to pay.
