The Carter County Health Department would like to introduce our Health Educator Michelle Moore-Rather.  She will be offering a variety of Public Health Education programs. Please contact Michelle at 580-223-9705 for more information or questions about the following programs.

Food Handler’s School

A program for anyone in restaurants or a position of handling food for the public.  Classes are held on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 3:00-4:00.  For more information about Food Handlers School please contact
