The Caddo County Health Department will have its Mobile Wellness Clinic in Apache in front of the Apache Ministerial Alliance Methodist Church, 122 S. Forrest Street, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The clinic is open to everyone. To receive any of these services, please bring your photo ID and insurance, if applicable. For WIC services only, please make an appointment by calling the Caddo County Health Department (580) 247-2507. Nurses will provide wellness visits to include child and adult health exams, family planning services, pregnancy test, childhood vaccines, blood lead screening test, COVID-19 and Flu testing and vaccinations, pneumonia vaccine and fluoride varnishing.
