The Pottawatomie County Health Department administers a variety of immunizations to infants, children, and adults to protect them against certain disease-causing bacteria and viruses that result in doctor's visits, hospitalizations, and even death.
Clients should bring their most current immunizations record (if available) and children should have a parent/legal guardian present for immunization consent.
The Pottawatomie County Health Department provides immunizations against the following Childhood Diseases:
- Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
- Haemophilus Influenza (Hib)
- Hepatitis A and B
- Chicken Pox (Varicella)
- Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)
- Prevnar (Pneumonia)
The Pottawatomie County Health Department provides adult immunizations against the following diseases:
- Hepatitis A (Vaccinations for food service employees)
- Pneumococcal Disease

Immunizations are available on a walk in basis.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Fridays 8:30 - 11:00 a.m. only
