Health Education
The Health Education Division at Comanche County Health Department (CCHD) provides educational programs and assistance to communities by promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the Southwest Oklahoma area. The Health Educators are trained and educated in planning, organizing, and implementing programs for clinic patients, community groups, civic organizations, private and public worksites, and schools. CCHD also offers services such as developing and marketing health promotion and risk reduction activities; consulting with other area health professionals; and collaborating with surrounding agencies to assist implementing policy and environmental changes within the community.

Community Health Education Requests
The Health Educators are available to speak at community organizations, churches, schools, recreation centers, health fairs, worksites, and public events on various health topics and services offered by CCHD.
