Description
The Committee's role is to review, critique and approve /disapprove all informational and educational materials made available through the Title X project. An internal review by appropriate staff is conducted prior to recommending review by the I&E Committee. The I&E Committee then assesses material based on thoroughness, quality of the information, and its appropriateness to the intended audience including: 1) reading level, 2) relevance to the community, 3) clarity and consistency of the primary message, 4) probability that the material will enhance knowledge of the topic, 5) appeal of the material, 6) helpfulness of the information, and 7) likelihood of the material to motivate the reader to action.
