We are currently experiencing a large volume of requests, causing longer than expected wait times both via our phone system and in the processing of mail applications. Cost is $20.00 for first copy and $15 for each individual copy for Oklahoma residents. Online rates will vary for non state residents. Orders may be expedited for an additional fee.

Amendments Only

Cost is $13.95 processing fee,plus $40 for a birth record amendment and issuance of one certified copy. Orders may be expedited for an additional fee.

FEMA COVID-19 Funeral Assistance

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought overwhelming grief to many families. Under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, FEMA is providing financial assistance for COVID-19 related funeral expenses incurred after January 20, 2020.
