We accomplish our mission by monitoring the health of our community, identifying and responding to health threats, providing timely and accurate information to our citizens, enforcing laws that protect health and providing quality services to prevent and control disease.

- All staff and clients are being screened when entering the building as follows:
- Taking a forehead temperature
- Asking 3 questions:
- Have you had a fever?
- Have you had a cough?
- Have you had shortness of breath?

Hours of Operation
Services are offered between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding state holidays. Clients who make appointments will have priority. Walk-ins will be seen based on staff availability. In order to better serve you, please call to check service availability (580-726-3316).
