8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Statements of Candidacy and filing fees or petitions must be received between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the three-day filing period. Early, late, or incomplete submissions cannot be accepted.

Candidate Filing Portal
Candidate information and Statements of Candidacy will become available in the Candidate Portal as information is processed. A complete list of candidates that have filed will be made available at the end of each day after 5 p.m.
WITHDRAWALS
The deadline to withdraw from the Presidential Preferential Primary is 5 p.m., Friday December 8.
To withdraw from the Presidential Preferential Primary Election, candidates must complete a Withdrawal Form and submit it to the Secretary of the State Election Board. Withdrawal forms must be signed by the candidate and notarized. Forms may be emailed to info@elections.ok.gov to meet the deadline requirements; however, the original document should follow by mail or private delivery to the State Election Board at 2300 N. Lincoln Blvd, Room G-28, Oklahoma City, OK 73152. Filing fees are non-refundable.

The deadline to file as an Independent Presidential Candidate or a Presidential Candidate of an Unrecognized Party is Monday, July 15, 2024.
