The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has extended the REAL ID full enforcement date to May 7, 2025.

 

All driver license offices now operated by Service Oklahoma (formerly operated by the Department of Public Safety and tag agents) continue to be operational and processing business as usual. Visit service.ok.gov for more information.

Conviction Related

  1. Manslaughter or Negligent Homicide Convictions Resulting from the Use of a Motor Vehicle

  2. Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Being Licensed

  3. Commission of any felony while a motor vehicle is used

  4. Failure to stop and render aid in the event of a motor vehicle accident

  5. Misdemeanor or felony conviction for possessing, distributing, etc ... a controlled dangerous substance while using a motor vehicle

  6. Failure to pay for gasoline pumped into a vehicle

  7. Failure to obey a traffic control device or stop sign resulting in great bodily injury to any other person

  8. Failure to stop for a school bus loading or unloading children

  9. Attempting to Elude
