The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is extending the REAL ID full enforcement date by 19 months, from October 1, 2021 to May 3, 2023, due to circumstances resulting from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Commercial driver licenses (CDLs), commercial learner permits (CLPs), and medical certificates have been extended by FMCSA until May 31, 2021, as long as they were not expired prior to March 1st, 2020.

Transfer a Provisional or Graduated License from Another State (Age of 18 or Older)

A person over the age of 16 who, at the time of application, is licensed by one of the (50) states, District of Columbia or Canadian province and is operating under a valid intermediate license, or equivalent, can apply to transfer the intermediate license to Oklahoma.

The requirements are the same as transferring a regular license.
