Report

The Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) Form is to be used to report any type of suspicious activity to the Oklahoma Information Fusion Center (OIFC). Terrorists CANNOT be identified merely by appearance, nationality or language. You can only identify a terrorist threat by observing or hearing about suspicious activity that may lead to criminal act. Report any activity or circumstance that seems frightening or unusual within the normal routines of your neighborhood, community or workplace. Please report suspicious activity above.

Please report any suspicious activity or possible threat to an Oklahoma School by submitting a tip above. Citizens may report situations or concerns that could compromise the safety or security of any Oklahoma School, or school sanctioned event. Reports may be made anonymously.
