- What is the process to obtain a CDL license?
- You will need proof of US Citizenship, proof of Oklahoma residency, and if you plan on driving out of state, you will need to bring in a DOT Medical Card. These certified documents will need to be brought into any DPS testing facility where an Examiner can look over them and start your application for CDL testing. If you qualify, they will set you up for the proper written tests. Upon passing of all written tests, you will be given a CDL Permit which will be good for 180 days. You must hold your CLP for a minimum of 14 days before you are eligible to take your driving skills test. Once your 14 days are up, you can come in and take your skills test. Upon passing your skills test, your CDL will be issued to you.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY UPGRADES BY FAX, EMAIL, OR MAIL. YOU MUST COME IN TO DO THIS.
