The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is extending the REAL ID full enforcement date by 19 months, from October 1, 2021 to May 3, 2023, due to circumstances resulting from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

 

All driver license offices now operated by Service Oklahoma (formerly operated by the Department of Public Safety and tag agents) continue to be operational and processing business as usual. Visit service.ok.gov for more information.

CDL Restrictions - No Class A Passenger Vehicle

If an applicant applying for a passenger endorsement performs the skills test in a passenger vehicle requiring a Group C CDL, the State must indicate on the CDL, if issued, that the person is restricted from operating a passenger vehicle requiring a Group A CDL.
