Learning Management System (LMS)

Training and staff development offers personnel the opportunity to obtain the knowledge and skills in order to empower employees to successfully perform their jobs at a standard of excellence that assists the agency in achieving its mission.

Requirements for specific training and continuing education subjects are determined by state/federal laws, certification requirements, policy and procedure, occupational analysis, administrative direction and organizational diagnosis.
