Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, ODOC has partnered with Securus Technologies to provide inmates two free phone calls each week while visitation was suspended. With visitation reopening, these free phone calls will continue until April 15. After April 15, phone calls will still be permitted, subject to standard rates and policies.

TULSA, Okla. -- Michael T. Brummett Jr. never returned to Tulsa Transitional Center after he left for work on June 15. 

Brummett, 35, was serving time for second-degree burglary, firearms possession and larceny on convictions out of Tulsa and Osage counties. 

He is described as white, 6-feet 3-inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with sandy-colored hair and blue eyes. 

Brummett has multiple tattoos, including a skull, joker, cross and three skulls on his left arm, as well as four dots on his left hand. His right arm bears a 60, "Michael," and a skull, while his right hand has one dot and a cross. 

Brummett's criminal history stretches to 2002 and includes convictions for violating a protective order, second-degree burglary, firearms possession, theft and drug possession. 

The public should not approach Brummett or attempt to apprehend him. Anyone with information can call our escapee hotline at 866-363-1119 or email warrants@doc.ok.gov.
