Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, ODOC has partnered with Securus Technologies to provide inmates two free phone calls each week while visitation was suspended. With visitation reopening, these free phone calls will continue until April 15. After April 15, phone calls will still be permitted, subject to standard rates and policies.

ODOC #FugitiveFriday: Jeffrey Leon Green

Friday, March 29, 2019

OKLAHOMA CITY – Jeffrey Leon Green violated his parole in January in Okfuskee County and has not been located since.

Green was paroled Dec. 20. He was serving multiple Okmulgee County sentences for firearms possession, failure to register as a sex offender and drug possession near a school or park.

He violated his parole in Okfuskee County by committing the felony crime of injury to a highway, for which he was charged Jan. 25.

His status as a sex offender is due to a 2013 Okfuskee County conviction for assault with intent to commit a felony, a count which was amended down from lewd molestation.

The public should not approach Green or attempt to apprehend him. Instead, anyone with information can call our escapee hotline at 866-363-1119 or email warrants@doc.ok.gov.
