FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Dec. 3, 2018

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma Department of Corrections Fugitive Apprehension and Investigations agents are working with fugitive task forces in several states to bring Patrick Walker into custody.

The U.S. Marshal Service has adopted the case, and issued a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to Walker's arrest. Call 1-877-WANTED-2 or 1-877-926-8332 or email usms.wanted@usdoj.com. All callers and emailers can remain anonymous.

Walker, who escaped from Payne County Jail in Stillwater, Oklahoma, on Thursday, is described as black, 5-feet 7-inches tall, weighing about 174 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a large scar on the left side of his face near his jawline.

Walker, 34, is serving a life sentence for first-degree murder out of Oklahoma County.
Walker, an inmate at Oklahoma State Penitentiary, was at the jail on Thursday for an unrelated court case for assaulting a correctional officer in May at Cimarron Correctional Facility in Cushing, where he was housed previously.

He also faces a charge issued Friday of escape. The Payne County Sheriff’s Office reported Walker was able to escape from the jail by posing as his cellmate, and having someone outside the facility post bond for him.

Walker is considered armed and dangerous.
