APPLICATION PROCESS - WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • After submission of each application for employment with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections (ODOC), you should expect to receive an email in a relatively short amount of time (10-30 minutes) indicating your applicaiton's receipt by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services - Human Capital Management (OMES-HCM).
  • After receipt of your initial e-mail from OMES-HCM, you should expect to receive a second e-mail from OMES-HCM in 4-5 days indicating your application has been routed to the hiring agency for review.
  • After receipt of your second e-mail from OMES-HCM, you should expect to receive an e-mail and/or phone call from the hiring agency (ODOC) within the next 4-5 days to schedule a time for your interview.
  • Any and all employment and hiring process inquiries for positions with the ODOC are welcomed to be sent to:
