Minimum Requirements
• Be a citizen of the United States
• Be 21-45 years of age at time of hire
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must meet the requirements of the State Pension Board
• Must have no Felony Convictions
• Applicants must have an Honorable Discharge if Prior Military Service
• CLEET Certified officers may be given hiring preference
Must relocate to within a 30 mile radius of the Marlow City limits.

Protect and Serve the Public
Be prompt and show up to work
Patrol
Make Criminal arrest
Take reports in a timely manner
Conduct criminal investigations
Take care and be responsible for take home patrol vehicle
Salary/Compensation
Starting pay is $20.00-$23.18 hourly (Depending on Experience)
Yearly step increase
Shift differential
$2000.00 yearly clothing allowance
Yearly pay adjustment $1000.00 (Christmas Bonus)
