Minimum Requirements
Must be a high school graduate or have a G.E.D.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver license.
Must pass a background investigation.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must live in McCurtain County or 35 miles from Hochatown
Key Responsibilities
Must have or be able to take and pass the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI).
Must be able to handle high stress situations.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
Must handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Must have NO Felony convictions, Protective Orders, Domestic Violence incidents.
No conviction for a crime of moral turpitude.
Must be citizen of the United States
Good moral character.
Must be able to work in a small-town environment.
Availability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Salary/Compensation
Pay Range: $20–$29/hour (based on experience, certification, and education)
