We are accepting applications for a Full-Time Police Officer

Texhoma Police Officers are expected to be community-oriented and to be comfortable working in a small-town rural environment.

The starting salary for uncertified employees is $38,000.00 a year, and for Certified employees, it is $40,000.00 a year. 

A $2,000.00 sign-on incentive is being offered Minimum Requirements:

• Be a citizen of the United States
• Be 21 years of age
• Full-Time CLEET certified preferred, but not required
• No DUI, DWI, or weapons charges within the last 7 years
• No convictions for crimes of moral turpitude or domestic violence
• No felony convictions
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Good moral character
• Must reside in city limits.
• Available to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
