Muskogee County, Court Deputy, Patrol Deputy, and Transport Deputy

• Must be CLEET Full Time or Reserve Certified.
  • (If not certified must be able to attend a CLEET Academy within six (6) months from date of hire).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a citizen of the United States.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• Must have a Good Driving Record.
• Must be able to PASS a Background Check.
• Must have NO Felony Convictions.
• Must have NO Domestic Violence Convictions.
• Must have NO active Protective Orders.
• Must have NO convictions for Crimes of Moral Turpitude.
• Must have OR be able to take and pass MMPI.
• Must have OR be able to take and pass the Posse Exam.
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, weekends and Holidays as needed.
• Must be Honest and have High Moral Character and Ethics.
