- Animal control experience preferred, not required.
Selection Process
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and successfully complete the following steps in the hiring process before being hired as a Jenks Animal Control Officer:
- Application Review
- Screening Assessment
- Background Investigation
- Interview Process
- Drug Screen
- Medical Examination
Pay & Benefits
- Starting salary $19.27 per hour.
- Tuition reimbursement, up to $2,500.00 per year.
- Subject to approval.
